Senior Director, Basketball Operations

In this role, she oversees the planning and execution of basketball-related events, including the men's and women's basketball tournaments, and basketball media days. Erica also serves as a secondary liaison to football-related events, including the football championship game and football media days.Prior to the Big Ten, Erica served as senior director of basketball operations &amp; sports administration at the American Athletic Conference (AAC). In this role, she oversaw all basketball-related event operations for the AAC and also served as the primary liaison for women's rowing. Prior to that, she served as director of operations for University of Cincinnati women’s basketball and an operations assistant for University of Louisville women’s basketball.Erica earned her bachelor’s degree from Denison University, where she also excelled as a women’s basketball student-athlete. She also received a master’s in sport administration from Louisville.
