Director, Events, Operations & Sports Administration

In this role, he manages the planning and execution of football and basketball-related events, including the football championship game, basketball tournaments, and media days. Justin also assists with olympic sport administration and sport oversight.&nbsp;Prior to the Big Ten, Justin served as assistant commissioner for sports administration and championships at the Big South Conference. In this role, he served as the primary liaison for men's and women's cross country, men's and women's soccer, men's and women's indoor track &amp; field, men's and women's tennis, and women's lacrosse. He also assisted with the planning and execution of the men's and women's basketball championships. Prior to the Big South, Justin served as assistant director for sports administration and business operations for the Patriot League.&nbsp;Justin earned his bachelor’s degree and master's of business administration from Gardner-Webb University, where he excelled as a men’s basketball student-athlete.
